Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our team. As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for sorting and processing mail, packages, and supplies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort mail and packages into departmental mail slots accurately and efficiently
  • Operate scanning machines to rescan mail and make it legible for review
  • Receive, sort, and process mail, packages, and supplies as they arrive
  • Deliver and collect mail and place it into the correct locations
  • Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Some experience working in mail centers preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Required to lift 20-30 lbs. regularly
