Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Document Imaging Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scanning, indexing, and verifying agency documents to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the imaging needs of the technology department
  • Ensure timely processing of incoming documents from the mailroom
  • Batches, scans, indexes, and verifies imaged documents
  • Meets the department's turnaround and quality standards
  • Maintains contact with associated departments sending documents to be imaged
  • Provides guidance to staff on the image process and systems
  • Resolves/escalates processing-related image problems reported by users
  • Works with their peer group to manage daily work volume

Requirements:

  • Basic PC skills with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • 10-key/data entry
  • Document scanning
  • Data entry
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent and experience with data entry with 10-key proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in document imaging and data entry
