We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality cardiology services.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest cardiac catheterization techniques and technologies.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas.
