Order Selector - Warehouse Operations
Position Overview
Efficiently select items by accurately matching product codes using a voice-activated headset. Repeatedly lift and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds from ground level to overhead. Organize beverage products in a specified stacking configuration on pallets. Securely shrink wrap completed orders with labels and transport them to the loading area utilizing electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.Work Schedule:
Full-time position Monday through Friday Shift concludes at 11 PM Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as requiredCandidate Profile
We seek a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment. You should enjoy staying active and be prepared to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and maneuvering product cases.
Equipment Utilization
This role may involve the use of: Electronic Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, Voice Audio Headset, and Shrink Wrap equipment.
Responsibilities Include:
Hand Stacking Operating EPJ and Pallet Jacks Utilizing Voice Audio Headsets for order selection Picking and organizing ordersCompensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly wage of $18.10 Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick leave), 401(k) with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement, subject to eligibility and collective bargaining agreements.Qualifications
Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift throughout the entire shift. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs consistently from floor to overhead. Proficiency in operating a headset and voice-activated order selection system. Skill in hand shrink wrapping pallets of finished orders. Capability to work in environments with varying temperatures.-
