We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Payroll Specialist to join our team at The Mannik & Smith Group. This role is responsible for preparing and processing biweekly payroll, analyzing financial information, and maintaining compliance with tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Process biweekly payroll within the ADP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Analysis: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to the general ledger and maintain accurate records.
  • Tax Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state tax registration, regulations, and filings, including uploading all tax notifications to SmartCompliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4+ years of Payroll and Accounting experience, with ADP experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
