Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $82,000.00. Our generous paid time off plan starts at 29 days (almost 6 weeks) in your first year, increasing to 43 days (over 8 weeks) after two years. We also offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403b retirement plan with employer match, life insurance, and eligibility for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight to the integrated team and directly supervise ACCS Team Leaders and Group Living Environment (GLE) Program Coordinators.
  • Ensure timely and thorough Screening (Critical Needs Assessment) and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS, including facilitation of these processes in collaboration with Program Leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective Adult Community Clinical Services which maximize the success and satisfaction of individuals served.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with persons served, ensure implementation of treatment plans and clinical interventions.
  • Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence-based practices/state-of-the-art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance Adult Community Clinical Services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree and licensure as a Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I).
  • Two years of experience in human services management.
  • Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency with Windows computer environments, including office software such as Word and Outlook.
