Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest vehicles, including brakes, suspension, and tire installation.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose issues to provide accurate repair estimates.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive technical school certificate or degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician; ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8) a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Guest-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
