- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure the tire and service department is clean and safe for employees and customers.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
- Passion for Automotive Industry: Have a passion for a career as a technician in the automotive industry.
- Eager to Learn: Be eager to learn and have a competitive drive to succeed.
- High School Diploma or GED: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
