Renesas' cutting-edge control frameworks present an exciting opportunity for skilled engineers. The position requires engagement with interdisciplinary teams to consistently advance the technological capabilities integrated into Renesas products.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be involved in the comprehensive product development lifecycle of power management integrated circuits (ICs), including Buck Regulators, Boost and Buck-Boost Configurations, PMICs, and multi-phase regulators.

Main Duties Include:

  • Contributing to and owning the product-level specifications for innovative and unique offerings.
  • Conducting product validation and characterization.
  • Creating technical documentation, such as datasheets, application notes, and design guidelines.
  • Setting up and executing Simplis simulations for power converter circuits and systems.
  • Providing training for Field Application Engineers and customer engineering teams.
  • Delivering customer support, which may include offsite assistance at client locations.
  • Performing system-level testing and characterization.
  • Collaborating closely with both local and remote teams (FAEs, design/test/product/reliability engineering, and marketing) to accomplish the aforementioned tasks.

Additionally, this position should have the capacity to influence the development of design architecture.
Travel requirements may reach up to 15% as necessary.
