Foster Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Foster Care Specialist to join our team. As a Foster Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing support and services to families and children in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and strength-building services to families and children
- Conduct home visits and assessments to ensure child safety and family well-being
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote family stability and child development
- Collaborate with community partners and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for families and children
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and services provided
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Training and experience in interpersonal communication
- Experience with filing paperwork for government support aid a plus
- Bilingual Spanish language skills required
