Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with their dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on dialysis machines, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a smooth transition to home dialysis or other treatment options.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
- Successful completion of the organization's dialysis training program and CPR certification required.
