About the Role

This is a full-time position in our Dining Services department, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish all non-food items as needed to ensure a smooth operation of our kitchen.
  • Clean and stock supplies, such as plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Clean food serving areas, including counters, utensils, and food trays, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Maintain the proper level of sanitation in accordance with health department and stewarding standards in all kitchen outlets.
  • Clean and sanitize all china and flatware to ensure they are in good condition for use.
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment in a safe manner to prevent any accidents or injuries.
  • Stock supplies (plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils) to ensure we have enough for our guests.
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  • Have constant communication and coordination with chefs, bussers, and servers to ensure a smooth operation of our kitchen.
  • Follow instructions from the lead on duty to ensure we are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to push carts, pull, reach, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes and silverware.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment working with water at different temperatures and chemicals. For this reason, proper safety is required throughout the working shift.

Benefits

Depending on experience, pay starts at $19.00 per hour.
