Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in financial services
  • Life and Health License; Series 65 certification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage documentation for client consultations
  • Support advisors in achieving both individual and collective objectives
  • Provide backup assistance to the receptionist for incoming inquiries
  • Ensure timely processing of paperwork until policy issuance
  • Address client service inquiries and needs
  • Manage daily correspondence with clients
  • Submit and monitor client service requests with carriers
  • Generate and maintain various industry-specific reports
  • Comprehend investment products recommended to clients
  • Demonstrate persistence in reaching goals while fulfilling a unique role within a collaborative team

Compensation:

  • $75,000 - $80,000
