Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, co-workers, and nursing directors to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient condition, identifying potential issues and responding promptly to changes in condition or treatment response.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a continuum of care, ensuring efficient patient flow and unit maintenance.
- Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Nursing License in good standing.
- Evidence of one year of current Ambulatory/Outpatient experience.
- Evidence of current AHA BLS and ACLS credential mandatory.
