About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Platform Squad. As a critical part of the Salesforce CRM cohort, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a secure and reliable CRM platform that fosters innovation and enables partner teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce CRM solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies
  • Provide expert-level support for Salesforce CRM platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM development
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer
  • Advanced skills in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow Builder, Platform events, Permission Sets, Profiles, Dynamic Forms
  • Experience creating Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Component features
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog)
  • Working knowledge of databases/replication, Oracle, and Snowflake
  • Ability to navigate complex relationship databases and data warehouses
  • Experience in Big Data migration, data profiling, data cleansing, data validation, and ongoing data quality assurance processes
  • Coding/scripting experience with SQL, SOQL, APEX, CSS, HTML, XML
  • Production support experience with financial systems a plus
