Position Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation and submission of claims to insurance providers on behalf of our patients.

  • Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of the Revenue Cycle processes
  • Prepare and submit claims for review and reconsideration
  • Foster and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Integrate learned competencies into daily tasks and interactions

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a start time between 8:00 and 8:30 AM.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Office Administration
  • Proven reliability and strong attendance record
  • Background in Customer Service
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Ability to work from home effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle operations

Key Soft Skills:

  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Open to constructive feedback
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire, with a transition to permanent status after 660 hours.
