Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Verona, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology to provide speech and language therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in their homes or alternate community settings within sections of Essex County, NJ.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate client for speech and language therapy needs and develop and implement appropriate plan of action in collaboration with the physician
  • Document all changes in client's condition and update care plans and outcomes accordingly
  • Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided
  • Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies
  • Adhere to the organization's policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
Requirements:
  • Licensed Speech-Language pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ~2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred
  • ~ Strong computer skills
