  • Load and unload printed and laminated rolls on and off machines, adjusting shafts for recommended core sizes.
  • Install adhesives and antifog at designated stations, following established procedures.
  • Operate pneumatic and hydraulic machines, utilizing mechanical lifts and utility knives as needed.
  • Monitor and record raw material waste and recycling, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in scheduled cleaning and preventative maintenance on machines, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide detailed information for the lamination process, promoting a culture of teamwork and communication.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and manipulate controls on machines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
