Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude, smile, greet, and thank members

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • Communicate effectively with members and team members
  • Be flexible to the needs of the business and work in other areas as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
