Job Title: Direct Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals at our Chaska locations.

About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to assist persons served with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting. Your role will involve providing support and encouragement to help individuals work towards outcomes and goals to gain life skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal planning and preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate community activities and outings, using company vehicles as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each person served.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and care.
Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including mornings, evenings, and overnights. You will work closely with our scheduling team to ensure that your availability aligns with the needs of our program.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must successfully clear a background check.
