Key Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment, as well as other machinery and facilities.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities and ensure seamless production operations.
- Develop and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- 6+ years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
