Rod Buster Specialist

Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a highly skilled Rod Buster to reinforce concrete structures and ensure their strength and integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints, cutting, bending, and shaping rebar, and assembling and securing rebar cages and mats. Key responsibilities include inspecting and repairing existing rebar installations, collaborating with other construction team members, and following all safety protocols and procedures. Requirements include proven experience as a rod buster or similar role, proficiency in reading blueprints, and strong knowledge of rebar types, sizes, and installation techniques. The successful candidate will have excellent mathematical skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and manipulate heavy rebar.
