Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team at Essendant. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment to move inventory and supplies
  • Select and pick full cases of inventory
  • Process replenishment orders and restock shelves
  • Assist with cross-training and learning new equipment
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights of up to 25+ feet
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
