Job Description:

As a Schneider Intermodal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. This is a 99% no-touch freight position with 80% drop-and-hook, allowing you to maximize your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
  • Drive in and out of railyards within DE, MD, PA, VA, and WV.

  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
  • Live within 60 miles of Chambersburg, PA.
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
