About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kate Spade New York in Indianapolis, IN. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
  • Develop long-term relationships with our guests by asking insightful questions, suggesting relevant products, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide feedback and support to colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling ideas, to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
