About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Synergy ECP. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading technical studies on servers, storage, and network infrastructure to support our system architecture decisions for sustaining worldwide enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical studies on servers, storage, and network infrastructure to support system architecture decisions
  • Oversee and manage high-priority technical tasks focused on consolidating enterprise server sites
  • Analyze user requirements and formulate system requirements specifications
  • Lead design and development activities by analyzing system requirements and advising alternative approaches
  • Develop technical documentation to ensure clear understanding and continuity of system development efforts
  • Interact with Government stakeholders to address Systems Engineering technical considerations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in support of large-scale enterprise operations
  • Proficiency in analyzing user requirements, developing system specifications, and guiding system development and implementation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
