Job Title: Rewind Operator

Solenis is a leading global producer of specialty chemicals focused on delivering sustainable solutions for water-intensive industries. As a Rewind Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Verify material accuracy and identify products by disposition tags.
  • Produce in-spec products and take ownership of quality control.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and perform hourly quality checks.
  • Make adjustments to machines as needed to optimize performance.
  • Monitor waste levels and report high levels to the Production Supervisor.
  • Perform routine maintenance on rewinders and other equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with Materials Managers and Material Handlers.
  • Report any problems or unsafe conditions to the Production Supervisor.
  • Follow established policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
