Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Peterborough, NH, to find a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Pay: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
- Hold at least a New Hampshire Journeyman Electrician license, with potential for advancement to Master Electrician.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Define feed requirements and solutions for new equipment installations.
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers.
- Utilize various testing devices, such as thermal imaging, to identify electrical issues.
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Adhere to state and local building regulations, including the National Electric Code and OSHA standards.
- Work safely from ladders and scissor lifts as needed.
- Perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and climbing for extended periods.
- Isolate and resolve issues in complex electrical systems.
- Strong math skills.
- Experience reading electrical blueprints.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- High proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with complex electrical grids.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience, providing extensive knowledge of electrical systems, infrastructures, and processes (e.g., electrical service, telecommunications, HVAC, manufacturing systems).
- Formal electrician licensing with comprehensive knowledge of safety and code requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
