Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. in Peterborough. The successful candidate will work in our Manufacturing Administration department, providing administrative support to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communications, including phone, email, and mail.
- Calendar management for the Director of Operations, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and update presentation materials, collect data, and create charts and visual representations.
- Conduct research and prepare reports and summaries as needed.
- Work closely with other administrative and support staff.
- Reference systems to provide information, perform data entry, and generate reports.
- Support hospitality functions, including booking travel and securing supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality and security.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of progressive administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a deadline-driven environment.
