Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Support Technician to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our games, simulators, and technical equipment. You will also provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with game-related issues, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a fun and welcoming environment.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our games and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
