Key Responsibilities of Our Nurses:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members, adhering to the standards of our care program.
  • Support and promote the mission, objectives, and initiatives of the community.
  • Guide and mentor caregiving team members in resident services.
  • Maintain a respectful and confidential atmosphere towards residents, team members, and visitors.
  • Contribute to a calm and warm environment that emphasizes personal interest and positivity.
  • Assist in preparing management reports as needed.
  • Participate in and provide in-service training as required.
  • Operate within the guidelines established for resident care, complying with community policies and state regulations.
  • Administer medication services to residents as permitted by state laws and outlined in individual service plans.
  • Assess residents' needs and capabilities as specified in their service plans.
  • Document services provided and evaluations of residents' needs in accordance with state requirements and community procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
  • Provide direct care to residents based on their identified service needs while adhering to company policies and state regulations.
  • Be available by phone while on duty.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care.
