Job Summary

As a Construction Foreman at Landmarc Environmental Systems, you will oversee site work and system operations, supervising laborers or operators, servicing landfill gas flares, pumps, and controls, performing inspections, troubleshooting, taking readings, and various other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee work performed on-site, assessing job priorities and making decisions accordingly.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress and give instructions on tasks that need to be done.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining records and logs of work performed and materials and equipment used.
  • Understand pump controls and piping configurations, SCADA systems, and basic electrical safety requirements.
  • Perform various inspections, maintenance tasks, and inventory equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures with an emphasis on safety, including lock-out / tag-out procedures.
  • Weld HDPE pipe and fittings, and extrusion weld HDPE liner material.

Requirements
  • High school education.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience, including experience leading a construction crew.
  • Leadership and strong collaboration skills, customer/client focus, decision making, ethical conduct, problem solving, and project management.
