Landscaping Manager

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Manager to lead our team of outdoor construction professionals. As a key member of our Cowboy Mowing & Landscape crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of landscape designs according to blueprint specs. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure timely and proficient project delivery.

A successful candidate will possess:

1. A valid driver's license and insurable record.
2. The ability to read and implement landscapes according to blueprints, layouts, and change orders.
3. Knowledge in pavers, outdoor lighting, outdoor kitchens, hardscape, and softscape elements.
4. Time management skills to complete jobs within budgeted hours using a real-time tracking app.
5. Good organization skills to manage change orders, crew daily logs, vehicle/equipment inspections, and progress reports.
6. Accurate ability to manage and order materials to keep jobs progressing.
7. Great leadership and team member skills to balance supervisor responsibilities with hands-on construction.
8. An emphasis on safety, including keeping crew members in uniform, PPE, and holding daily and weekly meetings about safety topics.
9. Fluent English language skills to communicate effectively.
