We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with our manufacturing teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

You will be responsible for designing new products and improving existing ones using SolidWorks 3D modeling, developing and maintaining accurate BOMs and part/component drawings within the ERP system, and conducting product validation, testing, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
Design new products and improve existing ones using SolidWorks 3D modeling
Develop and maintain accurate BOMs and part/component drawings within the ERP system
Conduct product validation, testing, and certifications
Lead DFM/A reviews to ensure manufacturability
Owning process improvement initiatives
Analyze manufacturing processes to recommend changes for productivity and cost reduction

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in product design, manufacturing support, or related roles
Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling
Strong understanding of DFM/A principles and structured problem-solving techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with AutoCAD (or willingness to learn)
Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
