Your seat at the table: Divisional Controller
You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability)
- Manage all accounting operations and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for division
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Company policies by maintaining proper controls, reconciling general ledger accounts, and monitoring data integrity
- Work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve divisional and corporate objectives
- Lead preparation of divisional annual plans/budgets including functional project plans, functional budgets, balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flow
- Collaborate with functional managers to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and offer recommendations for improvement
- Proactively identify & lead analysis of operational and financial data to provide insights into business performance, drive consistency in performance across plants and function
Accurate and timely Financial Reporting
Financial Liaison between internal and external partners
We need this seat to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 10 years of accounting experience and broad knowledge of major computer systems
- International financial reporting and tax experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Well organized and detailed
- Time management skills
