Job Overview
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at EasyCare (APCO), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to ascertain their specific vehicle requirements and preferences, ensuring a customized and satisfying experience.
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, establishing and nurturing a strong sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve or surpass established sales targets within designated timeframes, showcasing dedication and strong performance.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings to keep clients informed about new products, services, and updates, fostering lasting relationships.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the vehicle product line, keeping abreast of features, benefits, and market trends.

• Participate in training sessions offered by both the manufacturer and EasyCare (APCO) to continually refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure the accurate and professional completion of all sales-related documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Follow the established sales process to guarantee each customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience from beginning to end.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales is required.
• Steady work history with a strong desire to excel.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-through abilities.
• Valid Driver's License.
