Ed Morse is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify and understand their specific vehicle needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.
- Actively seek out and contact potential customers through various channels, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals within set deadlines, demonstrating strong performance and commitment to success.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of new products, services, and developments, fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle product line, staying informed on features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions provided by both the manufacturer and the Ed Morse Automotive Group to continually enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure the accurate and professional completion of all sales-related paperwork, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” process, ensuring each customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required
- Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
- Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Valid Driver's license
