About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Collections and Retention Agent to join our team at Life Protect 24/7. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals.

In this position, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls from customers to update their service or account for our medical and security alert system. You will also handle inbound and outbound calls in a respectful and professional manner, listening to customers' concerns and offering solutions to increase shipped units.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Listen to customers' concerns and offer solutions to increase shipped units.
  3. Handle customer complaints and identify escalated issues to report to management.
  4. Process sales and cancellations while offering savings opportunities and switching the form of payment when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, service industry, or retail sales

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
