Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader.

  • This position involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for collecting data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation, analyzing assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  • You will identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or situation, develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes, and implement the identified plan, coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
  • In this role, you will delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with any applicable legal or policy parameters or principles, evaluate progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes, and practice in a manner that is congruent with cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
Key Responsibilities

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and health savings account.
