Women's Services Manager

The Manager of Women's Health Services is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the daily function and staffing of the unit/department. This role monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Support efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
- Provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience.
- Review various feedback mechanisms and identify opportunities to improve customer/patient satisfaction.
- Lead in a way that inspires commitment to the vision/mission/values of the organization.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Registered Nurse.
- Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
