Job Summary

FST Technical Services seeks a seasoned Commissioning Engineering Manager to oversee the commissioning process for new data center construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage commissioning schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Leverage expertise in building system interconnectivity to drive problem-solving and client updates.
  • Manage team members, promoting financial performance, service excellence, and business growth through positive referrals.
  • Assign tasks effectively, provide constructive feedback, and optimize staff utilization.
  • Lead weekly scheduling, approve time and expense submissions, and execute target billable hours and sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HVACR, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in management roles, with a focus on maintenance, construction, or engineering controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Cx software.
  • Adaptability to varying working conditions and ability to communicate effectively.
