At Employ-Temps Staffing Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist plant manager with scheduling pick-ups, deliveries, and production schedules
  • Scheduling shipments, order tracking, and handling freight claims
  • Inbound/Outbound calls assisting customers and potential customers in the sales process, and developing/maintaining client relationships
  • Data entry of sales orders and completed/shipped orders
  • Data entry of inventory levels and completion
  • Preparation of invoices and other accounting functions

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and direct deposit.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or administrative assistant roles
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Capable of assisting customers and potential customers in the sales process
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Quickbooks
  • Positive mindset and good attitude
