The Quality Team at VHC Health plays a vital role in supporting the organization's mission by ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical quality management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.
As a Senior Quality Consultant, you will collaborate with the AVP of Quality Resource Management and the Director of Quality and Patient Safety to provide leadership and support for quality and safety improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with quality taskforces and committees to achieve transformational and sustainable improvements
- Providing project/program management support
- Evaluating performance using quality improvement tools
- Offering evidence-based best practices and quality improvement strategies
You will work closely with frontline clinical operations to provide structure and oversight, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing, health systems management, or a related field
- Three years of experience in healthcare, safety, and continuous quality improvement
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and experience in regulatory compliance and statistical analysis
