Job DescriptionThe Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring that they have the skills and training needed to succeed in their roles.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure that all HR activities are aligned with our business goals and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, including applicable wage and hour requirements.
