Position Overview

Role Summary: As an Appointment Center Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation of appointments while ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Key Duties:

  • Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism and warmth. Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as required.
  • Appointment Oversight: Keep appointment schedules accurate and up-to-date, minimizing any potential conflicts.
  • Technology Proficiency: Efficiently use our appointment scheduling software and related systems. Provide basic troubleshooting for technical issues and assist with software updates.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain client data and appointment records in our database.
  • Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing solutions in a courteous manner.
