Our residential programs are designed to promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide minimum to maximum assistance with all areas of activities of daily living (ADL's), including personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
- Promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, vocational pursuits, medication management, and physical and cognitive activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments, in the community, and on outings as assigned.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

- Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee.
