As the EMC Compliance Laboratory Manager, you will oversee the EMC division, ensuring rigorous compliance testing and certification processes are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EMC and RF testing operations, including the calibration and functioning of testing equipment in line with regulatory standards.
- Conduct commercial emissions and immunity assessments according to relevant guidelines.
- Provide expert technical guidance within the laboratory.

- Ensure routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.

- Address client inquiries and complaints through thorough investigation and follow-up.

- Work closely with sales teams and account managers to maintain client relationships.
- Mentor and train junior staff members.
