About the Role

In this position, you will oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment. You will also ensure compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures, and work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with employer match, medical insurance, and life and disability insurance. Our salaries are competitive, with a range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
