We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve their technical skills and customer service
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
