Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000.00 to $55,000.00, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary

This role involves coordinating youth programming initiatives, designing engaging materials, and fostering partnerships with local organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective youth curriculum and programs, tailored to meet the unique needs of Army National Guard military youth and families.
  • Create captivating marketing materials and publications, ensuring seamless communication of program information in both verbal and written formats.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, analyzing statistical data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders, promoting collaborative efforts and expanding program reach.
  • Plan and execute successful events, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness to engage target audiences.

Qualifications and Requirements
